Order Processing and Confirmation

MatBook (operated by MatBook Tech Private Limited) prioritises fast delivery. We confirm and dispatch orders within 20 minutes of your order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be delivered within 60, 90, or 120 minutes to serviceable pin codes in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana.
• Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.

We offer delivery to all serviceable pin codes in Gurugram (Gurgaon). You can check your serviceability and the applicable delivery time during checkout, on the home screen of the MatBook QC application, or on our website at thematbook.com.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on real-time operating conditions and are not binding commitments. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, society or building access restrictions, force majeure events, or unavailability of stock at our dark store or partner vendors at the time of order.

Delivery Charges

We offer a simple, tiered shipping structure for your convenience. The delivery fee is determined by your total order value as follows:

• Orders up to ₹5,000: a flat fee of ₹199.
• Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000: a flat fee of ₹99.
• Orders over ₹10,000: complimentary free shipping.

All delivery charges are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added at the time of checkout. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed to you at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to revise the delivery charges and slabs at any time without prior notice; the charges applicable to your order will be those displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Certain heavy, oversized, or specialty items (for example, full-truckload cement orders, large tile lots, or made-to-order items) may attract additional handling, transportation, or unloading charges, which will be communicated to you before order confirmation.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on all days, including Sundays and most public holidays.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or modify delivery operations on certain public holidays, during local restrictions, or in response to operational, weather, or safety considerations. Where this happens, we will communicate the revised schedule to affected customers via SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.

Tracking Your Order

• If you are using the MatBook QC application, you will be able to track your order in real time through the app itself.
• If you are ordering via the website or via WhatsApp, you will receive a live tracking link over SMS and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your order in real time.

For tracking-related queries, please ensure that the mobile number registered with your MatBook account is active and able to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages.

Delivery Address and Acceptance

You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and accessible delivery address, including building or society name, tower or block, flat or unit number, project site details, landmarks, and a working contact mobile number. Our delivery executives will deliver your order to the address provided up to the building or site gate, subject to security and access conditions at the location.

For deliveries to housing societies, RWAs, project sites, or commercial premises, you may be required to provide entry permissions, gate-pass details, or coordinate with on-site personnel. MatBook is not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions, security verification, or unavailability of authorised personnel at the delivery location.

Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed to occur upon (i) physical handover of the goods to you or any person present at the delivery address who appears to be authorised to receive the goods; (ii) capture of an electronic or physical proof of delivery; or (iii) successful tipping or unloading of the goods at the delivery address, whichever is earliest.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• We will attempt to contact you, on the registered mobile number or via WhatsApp, for address verification before re-attempting delivery.
• If we are unable to contact you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, refund the order value (less any handling, transportation, or re-stocking charges already incurred) to the original payment source or as MatBook Credits.
• Where an order is rejected at the doorstep without a valid reason covered under our Return & Refund Policy, we reserve the right to recover reasonable handling, delivery, and re-stocking charges, and to take this into account when accepting future orders from your account.

Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery at the address you have specified. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment by us, including all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Force Majeure

MatBook shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, government actions or restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, supplier or vendor failures, transport disruptions, or technical or network failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and to deliver your order as soon as practicable, or to refund the order value where delivery is no longer possible.
