How do I place an order?

Browse products, add items to your cart, choose a delivery slot, and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Gurugram. Enter your delivery address during checkout to confirm serviceability for your pincode.

How do I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?

Please document the issue with photos at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer unloading services?

Yes, unloading assistance is available as an add-on at checkout for select order types.

You choose a preferred delivery window at checkout. We'll confirm the slot based on availability in your area.
