3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and serviceability at your delivery address. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or unavailability.

4. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time slot. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matbook Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
