Your use of the MatBook platform and MatBook’s services, software, and products (collectively, the “Services”) is subject to these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Product Listing Policy, IP Infringement Policy, and any other rules and policies MatBook may publish from time to time. Collectively, these documents are referred to as the “Terms.” By accessing the MatBook platform or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of the Terms, or are unable to be bound by them, please do not use the Services. Users must be of legal age to form a binding contract with MatBook in order to use the Services.

The data you provide will be used exclusively to deliver our Services, as outlined on our website. MatBook is committed to protecting your information and assures that it will not be sold, traded, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. Your privacy is crucial, and we follow strict measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of your data.

MatBook reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended version on the platform. Continued use of the Services after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

MatBook may charge users, including sellers, a Platform Fee for accessing the platform. The applicable fees will be communicated via the platform or other appropriate means. Users are responsible for staying informed of any changes to the Platform Fee. These fees will be exclusive of applicable taxes.

MatBook reserves the right to charge users for order cancellations and any additional services availed through the platform, such as advertising services. Invoices for such charges will be issued directly to users, who are responsible for timely payments.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the MatBook platform belong to MatBook Inc. Users may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor create derivative versions without express written permission from MatBook.

The platform may utilize third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics) which are subject to their own terms and conditions.

MatBook is not responsible for the unavailability of the platform or services due to issues such as loss of internet connection, third-party service failures, or other external factors. Users must ensure their devices remain in working order and have adequate access to the internet.

MatBook reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the platform or services at any time without prior notice. Users are required to accept any updates or changes to continue using the Services.

MatBook may terminate user access to the platform at its discretion. Upon termination, users must stop using the platform and delete any associated apps from their devices.
